Policies
Please review our policies prior to booking:
1. No refunds.
2. Business hours of 8 AM to 8 PM
3. Any questions, concerns can be discussed via email
4. Deposit is due 24 hours upon receiving customer order inquiry.
5. You will receive three edits via email any edits after, it will be a fee.
6. If deposit or remaining balance isn’t paid by due date, placed on invoice 15% late fee will be charged.
7. All party rentals, including table cloth, satin, napkins, etc. are to be returns the same way it was received or will be charged per item for damage.
